China

To obtain a visa to China the following documents must be submitted:

1. VISA APPLICATION FORM duly filled out online in English at https://cova.mfa.gov.cn/ 
Please do not submit the form.  We will need the application number in order to access it. Former Chinese citizens please contact us.

2. ORIGINAL PASSPORT, valid for at least six months beyond the applicant’s last day of stay in the country. The passport should have at least two bank visa pages available at the time of application. ORIGINAL OF GREEN CARD, VALID US VISA (with I-94 form), or copies of other documents of the US immigration services, which must also be valid for, at least six months beyond the applicant’s last day of stay in the country

3. COPY OF PREVIOUS CHINESE VISA, if still valid, and is in your previous passport, please submit that ORIGINAL passport with your documents as well.

4.ONE ELECTRONIC PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPH recently taken (not older than 6 months)
* The photo must be high resolution, full face, and front view, taken on a white background.

5. FOR BUSINESS VISA: LETTER from employer requesting a visa. The letter should be on a company letterhead,  and include the applicant’s information with the job description.  The letter should also include the type of activities the company does.  This letter should be signed by an authorized representative. INVITATION LETTER from Mainland China on a company letterhead with an address. The invitation should be stamped and signed.

6. STATEMENT OF RESIDENCY form filled out, signed and dated. Statement

7. PROOF OF JURISDICTION such a copy of a driver’s license, state ID, or most recent utility bill.

8. PAYMENT by: money order, check issued to CTVC, Zelle to our email address (info@ctvc.cc) or credit card + 5% service charge Please let us know if you would like to pay by credit card, and we will email you an invoice for payment.

Visa processing fees (including consular fee):
$540.00 – entry visa for NY jurisdiction
$620.00 – for Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles jurisdictions
Visa processing time – up to 3 weeks.
For rush processing of 4-5 business days add 50% more to the regular price and contact us before you send the documents.
For other jurisdictions, expedited processing might be available.  Please contact us to confirm.

9. SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE or enclose

$30.00 – FedEx 2nd day delivery
$45.00 - FedEx overnight delivery
$75.00 - FedEx Saturday delivery.  Check availability in your area.

Notes:
In case of denial of visa by the consulate or cancellation, or amendments by client, visa processing fee is not refundable.
Visa processing time does not include mailing time.
