Brazil

To obtain an electronic visa to Brazil the following documents must be submitted:

1. VISA APPLICATION FORM duly filled out in English.  Incomplete visa applications cannot be processed.
2. COLOR COPY OF THE PASSPORT, valid for at least 6 more months upon your arrival date in Brazil.
3. ONE PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPH submitted electronically via our e-mail.
* The photo must be high resolution, full face, and front view, taken on a white background.
4. FOR MINOR (under 18): please contact CTVC representative for details by e-mail info@ctvc.cc.
5. FINANCIAL GUARANTEE such as bank statement showing transactions for the last 30 days and showing at least US$ 2,000.00 for travel
6. FOR BUSINESS VISA: LETTER from the employer, requesting visa.  The letter should be on a company letterhead and contain the following information:

-Applicant’s title, job description and monthly salary
-Nature of business and activities to be conducted by applicant in Brazil;
-Name(s) and address(es) of Brazilian company(ies) with which applicant will conduct business;
-Contact(s) in Brazil: name(s), phone number(s) and corresponding position(s);
-Expected travel dates;
-Affirmation of company’s financial support of applicant while in Brazil;
-Affirmation that applicant will not provide any technical assistance or perform any salaried work while in Brazil (such activities require a VITEM V temporary work visa

LETTER FROM THE INVITING COMPANY IN BRAZIL - on a company letterhead, explaining the purpose of the trip.  The letter should contain the applicants full information and should be signed by the authorized person.
5. PAYMENT by: Zelle to our email address (info@ctvc.cc) or credit card + 5% service charge
*Please fill a credit card charge authorization form and enclose it with your documents.
Visa processing fees (including consular fee):
$ 390.00 – valid for up to 10 years
Visa processing time – 2 weeks
For rush processing of less than 2 weeks add 50% more to the regular price and contact us before you send the documents. 

Notes:
In case of denial of visa by the consulate or cancellation, or amendments by client, visa processing fee is not refundable.
Visa processing time does not include mailing time.
Consular fees, processing time and requirements are subject to change without notice.
Consulate may require additional information.
