To obtain a tourist visa to Russia the following documents must be submitted:

1. VISA APPLICATION FORM duly filled out online in English at visa.kdmid.ru
IMPORTANT: please provide us with the PASSWORD that you have created on the website.
HELP NOTE: If you are unsure of an answer on the application, write “n/a” or “unknown”, so the application would let you through to the next section. If you are unable to provide us with an electronically generated application form, we would be able to provide you such assistance for $35/application. Former Russian (or Soviet) citizens, who entered the US after February 6th, 1992, please call for more information.
2. ORIGINAL PASSPORT, valid for at least six months beyond the applicant’s last day of stay in the country.
FOR NON US CITIZENS, COPY OF GREEN CARD, VALID US VISA (with I-94 form), or copies of other documents of the US immigration services, which must also be valid for, at least six months beyond the applicant’s last day of stay in the country.
3. ONE PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPH recently taken (not older than 6 months) or submit your photo electronically via our email for $10.00 per print.
* The photo must be high resolution, full face, and front view, taken on a white background.
4. FOR MINORS UNDER 18: Copy of the birth certificate along with the copies of both parent’s passports.
5. AUTHORIZATION FORM signed and notarized Russia LOA.pdf
6. PAYMENT by: money order, check issued to CTVC, Zelle to our email address info@ctvc.cc or credit card + 5% service fee.
Visa processing fees (including consular fee):
MULTIPLE ENTRY VALID FOR UP TO 3 YEARS
$710.00 – Processing time up to 3 weeks
$975.00 – Processing time 7-9 business days
7. PREPAID RETURN AIRBILL (FEDEX OR UPS) or
$30.00 – FedEx 2nd day delivery
$45.00 - FedEx overnight delivery
$75.00 - FedEx Saturday delivery. Check availability in your area.
Notes:
In case of denial of visa by the consulate or cancellation, or amendments by client, visa processing fee is not refundable.
Visa processing time does not include mailing time.
Consular fees, processing time and requirements are subject to change without notice.
Consulate may require additional information.
